Women listening to podcast with sun on her face

I walk most mornings as a way to regulate my circadian rhythm and kick start day. It’s also my favourite time to listen to a podcast. I’m always on the hunt for podcasts where I can learn something, often centered around personal and professional growth, health and wellness or business.

January has been filled with lots of interesting episodes that resonated with me in one way or another. I’ve curated a list of stand out episodes that I’ve listened to recently, both old and new that I wanted to share with you.

  1. Unlock financial success with DOAC & entrepreneur and author, Daniel Priestly

Highlights: - The rise of personal brands - how we got here, how technology is giving us a voice, why having a personal brand might be important for you,  and how to do it. - The 5 P’s - pitch, publish, product, profile and partnerships and how you can use them to feel less stuck. - 7-11-4 rule - the time and repetition people see you or your brand in multiple contexts.  A great episode if you like to think outside the box!
