I walk most mornings as a way to regulate my circadian rhythm and kick start day. It’s also my favourite time to listen to a podcast. I’m always on the hunt for podcasts where I can learn something, often centered around personal and professional growth, health and wellness or business.
January has been filled with lots of interesting episodes that resonated with me in one way or another. I’ve curated a list of stand out episodes that I’ve listened to recently, both old and new that I wanted to share with you.
